My mortgage broker, (Matthew Zimmerman) did a phenomenal job! Overall however, with the exception of Matt, your organization is the worst I've ever dealt with. This process began in May 2020, and I have three properties to refinance. It took over 6 months to close the first which was a VA Streamline refinance, and another four months to close on the second. I'm being told the third refi will be seamless but I remain skeptical. At this time I can not recommend your organization to anyone.

Matt and his assistant Damaris were tremendous to work with. Matt and his team were able to go from pre-approval on the day we submitted our bid (a Sunday, no less) to closing within 30 days due to Seller's short time frame. Whenever I had a question or concern, Matt was able to get me an answer right away. His level of communication and forthrightness is unprecedented in the industry and Matt will be my first call on all future mortgage related needs.
